Excellent Farsan but half of it not delivered

National Farsan has maintained its quality for ages, I have been eating it since my childhood.
But Foodwalas delivered only 500g of Farsan instead of 1 kg of Farsan. I have raised a complaint, but no response so far. Hope this message reaches the right ears or eyes....
