Erika's gluten free

I’m no movie buff, but this quote from the legendary director Martin Scorsese hits home for me. 

My journey of starting Erika’s Cookies is rooted in my own struggles with Wheat Allergy! Because of my condition, I had to eat nothing but gluten-free food but I couldn’t find quality products in the stores in my city. 

Naturally, I had to start ordering gluten-free products online! Unfortunately, no matter how much money I spent, the quality and taste of the products were never quite up to the mark! The ingredients, too, in these products lacked purity. 

Frustrated, I decided to take matters into my own hands and began learning how to produce these cookies by myself!
