This low-calorie chutney makes a wonderful substitute for cheesy or coconut dips. Mix it with curds, buttermilk or plain water. Goes well with South Indian, Punjabi, Gujarati and Maharashtrian snacks. Sprinkle on chaats, bhel or even hot rice to enjoy a simple meal. Can be used to thicken gravies too.
