Rafael Kesar Angoori Petha
The petha is still made the traditional way i.e from white pumpkin or ash gourd that is peeled, de-seeded, and then boiled in rose-flavored sugar syrup (a process called josh lena), and soaked in syrup or dried for a longer shelf life.

- Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
