Shipping, Delivery & Return Policy

At foodwalas.com, every order is a special ‘make to order’, so that customer truly enjoys the taste & freshness same as right from Kitchen. So, to make this possible we try our best to send your order via fastest & best logistics in India and in amazing tampered proof dual packing, to keep the taste and freshness intact!

  • Shipping Policy:

Usually, we ship orders within 24 - 48 hours from the time order was placed, except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. In situation (which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time beyond 48 hours, will be intimated to the customer. Post Dispatch, deliveries are done across India within 3 - 6 Working Days & please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep you posted during such events. 

Shipments Originating from North East, are usually shipped within 72 working hours.

  • Shipping Charges:

All prices are inclusive of GST & Packaging is charged extra. In the case where the shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of checkout and consumers will know about this before making payments.

  • Packaging & Handling Charges:

We Procure specialise secondary packaging depending on the nature of the product (Tampered proof bags, Corrugated Boxes, etc), which are given to merchants to ensure no damages in transit. As we procure this especially for your shipment, we charge a very nominal amount which is included in the Product price.

  • Returns:

We're all about tasting at foodwalas.

And it's possible you're going to taste one of our products and not love it (though we try really, really hard to make sure that's not the case). We're so sorry, but we can't take something back just because you don't like the taste.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with quality assurance from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned brand manufacturer mentioned on the package or let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same.

We can only offer returns if a package was damaged during the shipping process or if the products are spoiled. In this case, please provide clear photos at support@foodwalas.com or WhatsApp us at 94039 54321 within 24 hours of delivery of the product.
