Using the search bar in the top left hand corner of the page, you will be able to search by the type of product you are looking for. You can also use our filters and categories to help you find the perfect gift for your special someone or budget.
In rare cases, a product may be available when you place an order but sold out by the time we process the order. Should this happen, our customer service team will notify you directly and at the earliest opportunity.
It couldn’t be easier to make a purchase with Foodwalas. Browse the site via the product categories i.e Sweets, Gourmet Food, Gifts, etc. Click on your desired item, select the variant and click ‘Add to Cart’. Your chosen item will appear in your shopping cart shown on the top right of the page.
Simply continue shopping by clicking on the next product category you wish to explore. When you are ready to place your order, select the Checkout option in the top right of the page.

Usually, we ship orders within 24 - 48 hours from the time order was placed, except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. In situation (which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time beyond 48 hours, will be intimated to the customer. Once you place an order with us you'll receive an email confirmation that will include a link to your order status page. This information will update as your order is prepared and eventually shipped. Additionally, you'll receive email notifications from us providing updates, such as "Your order has shipped" and "Your order has been delivered." The emails will include tracking information so you can follow your deliciousness on its journey from food shop to your door.
If you need to cancel an order please contact support@foodwalas.com within 4 hours after placing the order. We kindly ask that customers give Foodwalas and our partner merchants time to act upon your request. We will do everything in our power to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee a cancellation if the order has been accepted by merchant. If the order is already shipped or processed by merchant, it cannot be cancelled. Since as per FSSAI guidelines, the merchant cannot resale or accept the sold food items.

All items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged or spoiled, our Customer Support team will work with you to determine an appropriate solution. Please reach out to our team at support@foodwalas.com to resolve the issue within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. Foodwalas reserves the right to limit replacements. Foodwalas is not responsible for failed deliveries when: Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabelling for the carrier.

Deliveries are done PAN India basis which may take 3 - 8 working days & please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep you posted during such events. Foodwalas is unable to guarantee time of delivery, as this is all subject to the local carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages anytime between 8am-8pm.
Foodwalas is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped.

Most Foodwalas products offer free shipping on order above certain amount. There are some items where charges are calculated at checkout- these vary depending on the item being shipped, the speed of delivery required, and the number of merchants you are ordering from. This would be shown at the time of checkout.
Products on Foodwalas are handmade by each food maker, packed and shipped from their very own shops or facilities to be enjoyed by customers nationwide. We don't make or ship food for them - each item is shipped by the partner shop that created the legendary food item direct from the place of origin. The centers receive very frequent refills of product to guarantee our customers always receive fresh product.

However, please do note that it is your responsibility to keep any Website passwords or login codes issued to or chosen by you confidential.
