Rasam Powder/ Sarina Pudi
Another everyday essential powder of Karnataka cuisine, to prepare traditional rasam pressure cook toor dal and tomato and add rasam powder, salt, and shredded coconut and bring it to good boil. Lastly season it with oil/ ghee, mustard seeds, and asafoetida.
